Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of angelandtaylor.com (the “site”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. Who we are

The site is operated by Angel & Taylor, independent life insurance advisors based in California, affiliated with Experior Financial Group. We are not a captive agent of any single insurance carrier and we are not affiliated with Medicare or any government agency.

2. What the site is for

This site is a marketing and lead-generation tool. It exists so people can learn about us, watch our videos, and book a free consultation call. No insurance is bought, sold, or applied for through this site. Any actual policy must be applied for separately, is subject to underwriting by the carrier, and is not guaranteed.

3. Information accuracy

Any premiums, savings, comparisons, or examples shown on this site are illustrative. They are based on general market data for healthy applicants in average circumstances. Your actual rates, eligibility, and coverage will depend on your individual age, health, lifestyle, the carrier, the policy type, and underwriting. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of any specific premium, payout, or approval.

4. Booking a consultation

Booking a call with us is free and carries no obligation. The call itself does not create a formal advisor-client relationship until both parties agree to proceed. Anything we discuss on the call is for your information. Any policy you ultimately apply for goes through the issuing carrier’s underwriting process.

5. Not legal, tax, or financial advice

Information on this site is general in nature. It is not legal, tax, or comprehensive financial advice. For decisions that involve your legal or tax situation, consult a licensed attorney or tax professional. Insurance recommendations on the call are based on the information you share with us at that time.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, design, graphics, logos, and videos, is owned by or licensed to Angel & Taylor and is protected by copyright. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.

7. Third-party links and platforms

The site may include links to third-party platforms (such as Google Meet, Google Calendar, or carrier websites). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those platforms. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

This site is not part of the Facebook website or Meta Platforms, Inc. It is also not endorsed by Meta in any way. Facebook is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Angel & Taylor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including any decision you make based on illustrative information shown on the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under California law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Angel & Taylor and its agents from any claim arising out of your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
